For both questions 1 & 2, 65% of respondents gave us a 9 or 10, with 35% giving us a 7 or 8 out of 10.

In terms of translation and localization challenges, there is very little we have not come across in our 16 years of localization experience. We have a mature approach to problem solving, with a focus on reducing noise, making your life easier, and providing excellent services.
We work exclusively with Language Service Providers (LSPs), and understand your challenges and priorities. We build in buffers and remain in constant communication with our resources and with you, so that you have no unexpected surprises. We understand that your needs and priorities can change rapidly. If something goes wrong, we focus on fixing the problem, not debating it.
Our project managers are all native speakers of Brazilian Portuguese. This helps enormously when communicating with our Brazilian resources, clarifying issues, spot checking deliveries and quickly solving problems that may arise.
We are happy to provide transparency into our supply chain. We know that matching the right resource to the correct account and content type is crucial, and we try to assure consistency of resources and accountability for quality as much as possible.
We have repeatable processes and procedures in place to assure consistent linguistic quality for all our clients. We understand that the end client defines quality, and we work with our LSP partners to assure they receive what they need.
